<”How would you handle a co-worker who is difficult to get along with?”

<“If you have a co-worker that is difficult to get along with, what would you do?”

<“Please tell me about a time when you had a co-worker who was difficult to get along with?”

<Have you ever been in a situation where a co-worker is difficult to work with?  Why? (optional follow-up, but not behavioral) Tell me how you handled the situation.

<Once you ask the behavioral question—you must then LISTEN!  That will allow you to create follow-up questions and dig up more details! <Can the interviewee prepare for these kinds of questions and fake it?
